5.2. Content generated by AI (comparisons, descriptions) is not subject to copyright due to its automatic nature. However, you may not copy or resell large volumes of such content without attributing the Service as the source.

5.3. Suggestions sent by users to info@comparison.quest may be used by the author to develop the Service without payment of compensation, but with attribution of the idea (at the user's request).

6. Term and Amendments to the Agreement

6.1. This Agreement takes effect from the User's first use of the Service and is valid indefinitely.

6.2. The Service author reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The current version is always available at this URL.

6.3. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you automatically agree to the new version of the Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
